What is you COVID cancelation/refund policy?
If the Provincial Government specifically bans short-term cottage rentals preventing you from traveling to your cottage rental location, you will be refunded in full. The travel ban must include the start date of your rental period for you to be eligible for a refund.
I would like to rent a cottage for a weekend in August. Why this option is not available?
During Main Season we offer weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday).
Main Season in 2021: June 26th – September 11th

During Off Season we offer weekly (Friday to Friday) or weekends (Friday to Monday) rentals
What are your COVID safety practices?
– We apply enhanced cleanliness measures
– We use disinfectant to clean the property
– High-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected
– Sheets and towels are washed at 60°C/140°F or hotter
– We follow regional cleaning and disinfection practices
– We maintain and promote social distancing on the resorts
– We implemented contactless check-in
What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits will be refunded in full if notification of cancellation is received 90 days prior to check-in date.

Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Are your cottages equipped with A/C
Do you allow visitors?
Yes, 2 people per cottage, $35 p.p for the day, $100 for overnight stay or $250 per week
Is there a boat launch on site?
Not on site, but there is public launch minutes away from all of our resorts
Is there a fee to dock your boat?
No. Boat docking is free of charge.
What size of boats your dock can accommodate?
At Lake Muskoka we can accommodate boats as large as 25’.
Do you have a variety store on the resort?
Are there restaurants and/or shopping in the area?
Yes, there are restaurants and shops accessible by boat and by car from all of our resorts.
What cleaning is done by the owners prior to the guests arriving and what is expected to be cleaned by the guests?
Upon check-out we clean all cottages prior to new arrivals. We ask all guests to leave the cottages in the same condition as they are upon check-in.
Do you take security deposit?
Yes, we take $300 security deposit. It is refundable within 24 hours from your check-out date/time
